Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Arc-Fi's services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Arc-Fi's services are not available to US persons (citizens, residents, or entities subject to US jurisdiction), residents of OFAC-sanctioned countries, or residents of any jurisdiction where such services are prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

To access certain features, you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify Arc-Fi immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Arc-Fi provides an AI-driven trading infrastructure platform that deploys autonomous trading agents across decentralized finance (DeFi) ecosystems. Our services include automated trade agent execution, signal-based trading, wallet management, and affiliate/referral programs. Arc-Fi does not provide financial advice, investment advice, or tax advice. All trading decisions and their consequences are your sole responsibility.

Deposits are accepted in supported cryptocurrencies only. A minimum deposit requirement applies per trade agent. Withdrawals are subject to a 5% processing fee and a processing time of 1–3 business days. Arc-Fi reserves the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals. Arc-Fi is not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses provided by users.

Trade agent performance figures are based on historical data and are not guaranteed. Arc-Fi does not guarantee any specific return on investment. At the end of each trade cycle, capital and profits (if any) are returned to your Arc-Fi wallet. Arc-Fi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any trade agent at any time.

Arc-Fi operates a voluntary referral program. Commission rates are as published on the platform and may be modified with notice. Commissions are earned on qualifying deposits by referred members. Arc-Fi reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions in cases of fraud, violation of these Terms, or suspicious activity. The referral program is not available to US persons.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access systems without authorization
• Create multiple accounts or use false identities
• Manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
• Share your account credentials with third parties
• Use the platform if you are a US person or from a restricted jurisdiction

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Arc-Fi platform are owned by Arc-Fi Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from Arc-Fi.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arc-Fi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of capital, arising from your use of the platform. Arc-Fi's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arc-Fi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

Arc-Fi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination, you will receive your available wallet balance (less any applicable fees) within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands.

Arc-Fi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
